You will be joining a team of passionate software engineers (4 in London and 5 in Bangalore) responsible for developing a conversational AI platform that enables any team to create Virtual Assistants (chatbots). The current platform uses a mixture of vendor and in-house technologies including conversational user interfaces, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning engines, and integration frameworks for interfacing with other in-house systems.
As a member of the team you will spend most of your time designing, implementing and testing Java and Python services and web-based applications that add additional capability to the vendor platform or build out automation to deploy and scale the infrastructure to our internal cloud on-demand.
Job Responsibilities * Designing, testing and implementing automation to deploying the platform to our internal cloud * Designing, testing and implementing Java or Python based service that add additional capabilities to the platform * Designing, testing and implementing of web-based applications or CLI tools which allow our users to interact with the platform seamlessly. * Support and educate virtual agent developers of the capabilities provided by the platform
