DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Assist with backlog management, running daily scrum calls, and maintaining issue tracking and project management board. Perform analysis on the processes involved in the management of fund flows and work with the team to define and deliver the technical solution. Work with the infrastructure and corporate teams for coordination and delivery of other aspects of the product including business resiliency testing and disaster recovery. Implement improvements and new functionalities in the current platform, improving schedules and automating the data extracts and loads. Perform tests to validate the changes implemented by the development team before submitting them for business validation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the position offered or seven (7) years of experience as a Technology Associate, IT Consultant, Software Engineer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience with the following: financial assets including Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Sub-Advised; project and backlog management, including financial control and budget management; business analysis including understanding and documenting business processes, coordinating user testing, and gathering and prioritizing defects; coordinating, planning, and executing Disaster Recovery and Sustained Resiliency testing including documentation and development of script for test automation; monitoring and managing infrastructure costs for the application; cyber security including managing risk and controls, security access, and data management using CyberArk Privileged Access Vaulting Tool; management and planning of deployment, including business notification using Service Now; serving as a business application owner or Subject Matter Expert; supporting internal audit exercises for the application owned; working in DevOps model; data modeling, application security, and data architecture in the Relational Database Management System environment; optimizing queries and code across large data sets using SQL; ETL (extract, transform, load) and ELT (extract, load, transform) technologies and implementation with tools including Pentaho and Informatica; scheduling tools including Control-M and Autosys; Open Source Scanning and code coverage using BlackDuck and Radix; and collaborative tools including Confluence and SharePoint. This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: Agile and Scrum frameworks implementation, facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, and creation of dashboards using JET Jira; and specialized programming languages such as Java or JavaScript. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: using response escalation alerting communication tool REACT; scripting development using Unix Shell Scripts; and Jenkins Jules, JET BitBucket, and GIT for continuous integration and security reviews. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: AWS; Python; and PySpark.
