As an experienced Application Infrastructure Management Support professional, your relentless dedication to innovation will have a positive ripple effect on both innovation and the people who make it. You'll put your experience to work across the board with talented teams in areas like Configuration Blueprint, Pave/Repave, AAAS, Automation, Cyber and Audit remediation, change management, incident management, and problem management. You'll be responsible for management communication and client relationship management. Your critical thinking skills will align your activities with team's functional goals, priorities and objectives that align with our overall strategy. You'll participate in creating Blueprint and Pave/Repave for applications migrating to new NA DC as well as technology refresh activities, incident management, change management, impact identification, management communication, risk and controls, client relationship management, service improvement, discovery/gathering/documenting of application infrastructure. You'll work in a team environment taking lead roles on projects that benefit firm-wide LOBs collaborating with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experienceProficiency in firmwide tools such as AAAS, CBP, Verum, SNOW and proficient in Infrastructure support and interdependenciesProven expertise in application support environment with more than one technology and multiple design techniquesProficiency in one or more general purpose programming (Java, Python, .Net, C++, etc.)Proficiency in navigating in UNIX and Windows Operating Systems and troubleshooting themUnderstanding of risk controls and compliance to departmental and company-wide standardsAbility to drive results and work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
