Responsibilities: * Monitoring and ensuring stability of Deal Execution applications to meet or exceed SLA * Assist Internal Client facing help desk to troubleshoot and resolve issues by engaging various operate teams and AD teams to facilitate quick resolution * Manage DR environments and regularly participate/organize DR testing * Manage infrastructure upgrades related to all Deal Execution applications * Follow appropriate change management procedures to manage and document changes to production systems * Managing the production scorecard for Deal Execution application with primary goal to reduce production issues * Working with L3 to enhance the pro activeness monitoring. Identify the problem before it impacts the business. * Maintain RDMS for Deal Execution applications * Maintaining and addressing all the infrastructure related control issues * Weekend and out of hours work is occasionally required. * Developer stack knowledge in Java for minor upgrades(E,g SSL upgrade in Java) * Managing KPI for Deal Execution applications

Basic Qualifications: * 3-5 + years of application support experience in an enterprise level environment * Application Support experience in UNIX and Windows environments * Apache Web Server, understanding of reverse proxy settings and virtual servers and SSL certificates * Solid Understanding of relational databases and working knowledge of SQL. * Basic Understanding of JMS technology * Basic Understanding of J2EE standards and applications * Solid Understanding TCP/IP net working and firewall and routing technologies * Problem Solving & Analytical Skills * Basic Container knowledge * Exposure to Core java *
Preferred Skills: * Responsiveness, Pro-activeness, with excellent communication skills * Team Player * Monitoring tools * Financial background/experience, Perl scripting is a plus * Basic Java or understanding or some high level language, MQ Series
