As part of our digital transformation programme, the implementation of the Now Platform and ServiceNow Customer Service Management has provided our customer agents with a simple, intuitive, and streamlined system, allowing clearer insight into a customer’s journey. The ServiceNow Developer joining our team will continue to work across the digital transformation programme here at Vodafone and the extended use of ServiceNow across the organisation.
You'll be responsible for:Estimating user and technical stories to help inform and prioritize backlog and design modules according to user stories, UX/UI designs, and technical stories. As well as develop solutions according to those module designs and deploy using our delivery pipeline.
You'll develop and execute unit and integration tests; supporting testing against user and technical story acceptance tests. While managing incidents and problems as level two and three support.
To be successful you're going to need:
- Service Now Development, configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment.
- You'll have worked in an agile and lean environment building systems for scale.
- To be able to interact with the team and wider business using collaboration skills and rive cross-team constructive feedback and support
