This position involves application software development and integration of communication features into a carrier grade enterprise VoIP network. Principal responsibilities involve design and development of enterprise and contact center applications leveraging SIP, SRTP, SIPREC and other media streams. Our organization has a cloud first stance and development of a full telephony SaaS ecosystem is a priority. As a Voice Infrastructure Developer, you will be responsible for all elements of the SDLC including all integration elements, data models, APIs and SDKs.

Key Responsibilities * Works as a member of an Agile team developing products for Voice Infrastructure * Advanced knowledge with System Integration and SIP communications protocol software * Develop code in the media plane working directly with protocols such as RTP, SRTP, gRPC * Handle more advanced technical problems and create products that solve business problems * Independently solves technical issues and able to collaborate and contribute ideas * Integrate common enterprise tools and components (e.g., reference data, security, messaging) to build large systems * Full DevOps to include design, develop, test, and analyzes problems to support the product * Collaborate and Co-Design with multiple development teams creating the customer products to seamlessly integrate solutions

Requirements: * BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience * 5+ years' experience in developing communications software

Skills * Advanced experience in software developments working in large infrastructure environments across multiple data centers with a focus on Java/C++, Spring Framework, and REST APIs, * Advanced experience with distributed Operating System (Unix/Linux, Windows) * Substantial knowledge of Agile development process * Substantial knowledge of automated testing and deployment (Jules Jenkins/Bitbucket) * Experience with application monitoring and instrumentation (SonarQube) * Experience with VoIP applications to include: SIP, WebRTC, SIPREC, SDP, RTP, SRTP/DTLS, gRPC * Experience with unit testing frameworks (Junit and Mockito) * Knowledge of GStreamer framework, c/glib/GObject, multi-threading, UNIX socket programming * Knowledge of software security and entitlements (SSO, windows, Kerberos, LDAP, Windows AD) * Knowledge of virtualization and cloud AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker

Business Knowledge * Proficient in multiple business disciplines/functions strategic directions through technology * Develops mindset for risk and control compliance to departmental and company- wide standards * Works within standards of financial control and budget management * Executes within a client centric environment when working with teams and contributors
