Mandatory Skills: * Some experience in the IT industry and SDLC * Strong understanding of Assistive Technology tools and WCAG standards, SSO federation technology, * Technically strong on Java/J2EE - SpringBoot, RESTful API, Angular, Selenium, Cucumber, Maven, integration with Cypress, JavaScript and Visual studio * Sound knowledge and hands-on experience on one or more programming / scripting languages. * Expertise on various SCM, build and deployment tools (CI/CD), code scanning and testing tools * Experience of working in Agile environment, leveraging methodologies and best practices for efficient delivery of applications * Proficient in collaborating with various teams and stakeholders with strong customer-focus mindset * Ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions to problems, proactively looking for ways to improve processes & procedures and identify/recommend new ideas for process improvement * Experience in project-based and team-focused working practices * Ability to continuously look for opportunities to deliver beyond client expectations * Proactively keep manager and team members informed of status, issues, and risks including key dependencies and timeline / schedule impacts

Technical Skills: * Core Java, J2EE, Maven, GIT, JUnit Testing, IRA, Jenkins, BitBucket, Jules, and Web Services * CI/CD * JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML, and CSS * Agile/Kanban Process * Assistive technology tools: JAWs, NVDA, ZoomText, Dragon Speaking Naturally, TalkBack, VoiceOver, AxE, Evinced, Wave
