Duties: Design and develop applications including the design of the database of the Legal Portal. Ensure sound application design and coding practices. Design and develop complex Java enterprise application in medium to large scale IT projects. Develop strong architecture, provide analysis, design, and code Internet applications. Profile, identify, and optimize existing code.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years of experience as an Applications Developer, Web Developer, System Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's and five (5) years of experience in lieu of the Master's and three (3) years of experience.
