This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

* 3+ years designing and delivering applications on AWS * 10+ years of software development using Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript * Solid understanding of the end-to-end information technology process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations * Experience working in DevOps, continuous integration and Agile, including creating artifacts, models * Demonstrated portfolio of rapid prototyping, solution delivery and transition to production acceptance * Demonstrated ability to investigate and learn new technologies and products and apply them to create new solutions * Solid experience in solving performance, scaling, resiliency and distributed service interaction challenges * A willingness to learn blockchain and security technologies * Demonstrated effective and strong written and verbal communication skills * Willingness and ability to work with teams through sharing of knowledge and building relationships using an open and respectful communication and collaboration style

Additional preferred qualifications: * Application knowledge of public key infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates (e.g., X.509) * Strong knowledge in cryptographic primitives, including digital signatures, public-key ciphers, block ciphers * Hands-on data protection solution development utilizing industry standard security protocol and best-practices * Security solution development utilizing cryptographic agility principles and elements * Engineering and managing cryptographic systems for enterprise applications and infrastructure
