Duties: Design, create, and support objects in customer relationship management (CRM) interface using cloud database. Work with user community to collect requirements and prepare technical design documents for various projects. Troubleshoot and resolve production related issues. Perform tuning on complex code to improve performance of searches and application performance. Design and develop integration with third party systems using web services under integration framework and service oriented architecture. Create and maintain CRM application and web servers. Write technical design documents for various enhancements. Develop job processing in scheduling system and support and maintain scheduling system. Participate in completing sprint team deliverables. Provide on-call and release support. Deliver product statistical analysis around issues and performance.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years in the job offered or five (5) years as a CRM Engineer or Manager, IT Manager or Consultant, Software Developer, or related occupation.
