Duties: Design, create and support objects in PeopleSoft CRM interface using an Oracle 12c database. Interface with the user community to collect and document requirements for various projects. Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues. Perform tuning on complex SQL, PL/SQL and application code to improve the performance of searches and application performance in general. Design and develop the integration with third-party systems using Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture. Write technical design documents for various enhancements. Create and maintain Application Servers, Web servers and Process Scheduler servers. Develop job processing in the scheduling system, and support and maintain the scheduling system. Effectively work with other team members in the Sprint team and ensure that Sprint team deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Provide on-call support as needed.
Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field.
Minimum experience required: 5 years of experience developing and supporting software applications, or related experience.
