The CIB Banking Regulatory Reporting team is a global team responsible for the delivery of Banking & Wholesale Payment data to regulators in every country that JPMC has a banking presence. Working with Operations, Product, Compliance and Technology teams, your role will be to analyze requirements, then design and deliver efficient software solutions that enable Operations teams the ability to meet mandated regulator data & report needs. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to participate in the buildout of an entirely new platform utilizing modern practices and toolsets.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience * Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines * Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages: + Primary - Java/J2EE, RDBMS + Secondary - Some experience in one or more areas - MicroServices, Kafka, API, Oracle SQL, ETL/BI tools * Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement * Knowledge of Devops model of continuous and automated integration, test and delivery * Understanding of architecture and design across all systems * Working proficiency in development toolsets * Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices * Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals * Passionate about building an innovative culture * Experience in working with off-shore teams and matrix reporting * Experience in finance industry, data warehousing, regulatory reporting will be an advantage.
