ResponsibilitiesFounded in 2012, ByteDance is a technology company operating a range of content platforms that inform, educate, entertain and inspire people across languages, cultures and geographies. With a suite of more than a dozen products, including TikTok, Douyin, Toutiao, Helo and Resso, ByteDance now has a portfolio of applications available in over 150 markets and 75 languages.The Customer Service Platform (CSP) is a team that integrate the product technology resources of the company's internal customer service system. Our mission is to provide users with efficient self-service solutions and provide agents with convenient tools so as to improve customer service experience.Responsibilities: - Build and manage a small team of system software engineers working on recommendation system;- Provide technical leadership to drive all phases of customer service system architecture iteration;- Work with TikTok cross-functional teams on delivering key results;- Provide team guidance, regular feedback, education, coaching and mentoring.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related technical fields.- 5+ years of coding experience with a general purpose programming language (ie. Java, C/C++, Go, Python).- Demonstrated knowledge of Redis/MySQL/Elasticsearch/Druid/Spark Streaming.- Experience working on distributed cloud services.- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their time and space performance.- Experience working in customer service/ops systems is preferred.- Good understanding of large scale backend service design is preferred.
