This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. * Expertise in development using Java, XML, Web Services/SOA and J2EE frameworks - Spring, Spring-boot, JPA. * Competence using multiple technologies like event streaming, Rabbit MQ, ORM, Cassandra, Cockroach DB. * Strong u nderstanding of design patterns, data modeling and infrastructure architecture disciplines. * Expertise in gathering accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to conduct security audits and suggest improvements. * Expertise in guiding the team through technical issues and providing solutions. * Working knowledge of GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins tools to build and deploy code deployment to production environments. * Strong experience with Junit and Cucumber testing. * Experience with Source Code management techniques/ tools, APM Monitoring tools and logging tools like Splunk, Kibana. * Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence and agile methodologies (preferred). * Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices. * Keen understanding of financial control and budget management. * Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture.
