In this role, you will work on our CAF Application for Collections and Recovery in the Auto Business line as well as full stack development in support of the Auto Servicing.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.Proficient experience with full development life-cycle from inception through implementation.Proficient in Unix and Windows Systems.Proficient in Web Technologies like MS-IIS, Tomcat and Apache.Hands on experience with Java & Springboot developing microservices and API'sExperience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular+, JS,Java PowerShell, Bash/Bourne Shell Scripting with in-depth knowledge of complex, end-to-end system design is a plusExperience working with related technical frameworks such as Spring, JMS, JDBC, Hibernate/JPA etc.Experience working with Maven, Jenkins, Git/SubversionExperience with Scheduling Tools like Control MExperience with Enterprise Scale application design is a plus.Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines.Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems.Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices.Keen understanding of financial control and budget management.Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture.Experience in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies and environments
Gather business requirements from the product teamDevelop complex application features and create technical designsProvides technical leadership and assumes accountability for successful development and implementation on assigned projectsApply industry best practices and techniques to design, develop, test, deploy, support and maintain complex Java applications using approved technologies and coding standardsImplement agile software development methodsRefactor code intelligently and systematicallyParticipate in peer code and design reviewsMonitor quality metrics (code coverage, static analysis (e.g. sonarqube, documentation, usage stats, monitors, logs, alerts, etc.)Mentor other Developers on programming issues.
