This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience * 7+ years' experience utilizing Pega platforms and technologies for development of mission-critical enterprise applications * Experience in building the platform independent scalable UI in Pega 8.x platform * Exposure working with different integration methods supported by Pega (Rest, Soap, JMX etc.,) * Knowledge in Bix architecture and reporting would be an additional advantage. * Knowledge of Pega Case management and reporting architecture. * Experience building the scalable enterprise level applications in Pega * Knowledge in Java and UI Technologies like JS/Ajax is preferred * Experience working in Scrum, T shape Adaptability and willingness and flexibility to switch roles (e.g. developer, tester, requirements gathering and grooming, support) * Working knowledge of utilizing and administering Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools (e.g. Git, Subversion) for software development
