The person will be responsible for leading a team of Software Engineers in a matrix organization. Job requires the person to work with Business partners and develop/manage development roadmap. The person will be responsible for Technical Design, Development, guiding and leading software engineers in the team and will own the delivery.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience * Excellent communication Skills * Ability to learn and apply new Technologies and trends * Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines * Understanding of architecture and design * Working proficiency in developmental toolsets * Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices * Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals * Passionate about building an innovative culture
Skillset: * Hands on Design and Development * SOLID Design principles and Design patterns * Experience Working and Leading a Global Team * Must have Technical Skillset - C#, LINQ, .Net Core 3+ / .Net Framework 4.5+, Multi-threading, Web API, Entity Framework, ADO.Net, Experience in Micro Services Architecture and troubleshooting Production issues, SQL Server or Oracle database - Database Design and Performance tuning * Nice to have Skillset - Exposure to Cloud, SSRS, Angular 5+ or React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Exposure to Security Architecture - Authentication & Authorization and Experience in Greenfield Application Development
