DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Drive problem management for aligned Lines of Business. Support servers and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) environments. Analyze and convert voice to text. Work for specialist impacts minimization. Use service level objectives (SLOs). Meet Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Define, configure and customize the telephone platform's call center functionality including IVR Call Flows, queue configuration, user management, call recordings, custom integrations and custom applications. Responsible for product development, deployment, and support. Bring up additional serving capacity. Configure and monitor the Network and Software to maintain 24x7 uptime of critical applications. Reduce costs of failure and create error budgets. Perform continuous process improvements to improve the stability and performance of applications. Identify system bottlenecks and opportunities for processing improvements with the goal of delivering service improvements to the business. Build code and scripts to automate manual tasks, to create efficiencies, and improve day-to-day practices for support team members. Promote and identify database architecture and performance tuning techniques in the code to prioritize loads within the operating systems. Coordinate with Application development and other agile teams to drive toil reduction, application modernization, problem management, None Functional Requirements, Change reviews and implement engineering best practices. Identify and apply acceptable reliability levels for services, and ensure we are using the correct criteria when customer impact and time response is affected. Contribute to documentation of systems and processes for existing and new systems. Lead and follow up during changes with application owners to ensure minimal user impact. Lead initiatives to transition critical software services into the Cloud.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Development Specialist, Software Engineer, Technical Leader, Systems Manager, or related occupation.
