Responsibilities * Organize and delegate work items to team members. * Position focus is on production support, migrations, upgrades and troubleshooting of critical system. * Hands on and responsible for setting up, configuring, supporting and managing the web platform. * Responsible for the non-production and production application deployment processes. * Coordinate web platform infrastructure changes following standardized change control process. * Consult and cross train with existing application and infrastructure teams. * Perform on-call support of production environment. * SME / Administrator of Layer 7 appliance * Capacity management of hardware and systems in on premise data center * Security vulnerability research, analysis, and resolution. * SME / Administrator of F5 GTM/LTM devices from an application perspective (configuration of application specific pools, iRules, SSL certificates etc.) * Creation of ACL and whitelisting requests. * Providing technical support for internal financial application * Supporting and representing business unit in SOX and PCI audits * SSL and Cipher Certificate management * Participation and execution of data center swing activities

Requirements * BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience * Minimum of 15 years in IT with at least five years' experience with Windows (OS, IIS, .NET, SQL Server) technology * Minimum 5 years in a technical lead roll * Minimum of 5 years in cloud technologies * Minimum two years change control process administration experience * Minimum three years' experience and demonstrated strong knowledge of .net development & deployment practices * Working knowledge of change control toolsets (TFS, Repliweb, Powershell, Build Scripts) * Working knowledge of monitoring toolsets (Dynatrace) * Working knowledge of network security * Working knowledge of PCI and SOX compliance * Strong communication and organizational skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Orchestrator and batch jobs * Working knowledge of agile software development methodologies / SCRUM * Superb application and infrastructure problem solving abilities which span across multiple technologies * Expert level TCP/IP skills * Cisco certification desired
