Duties: Develop software components based on Java and J2EE development architecture. Develop JMX components for monitoring performance of software and applications. Write script using Unix Shell command line interpreter. Utilize cloud-based services including both SOAP and REST web services within applications. Develop Messaging Queue (MQ) components. Develop Extract Transformation Load software-based solutions for handling large volumes of data. Provide software solutions to support loading and provisioning data to other systems. Work with the technical design team to design software solutions using Spring Boot. Utilize Business Process Modeling tools to perform data analysis. Create decision engines based on business rules. Work with the Business team to develop user interfaces using Javascript UI Framework and allied technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as an Applications/Software Developer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience with the following skills and technologies: Java/J2EE; SQL and NoSQL; Spring Boot; Messaging Queue (MQ); JavaScript and REACT JS; Unix Shell Scripting; cloud components such as Elasticsearch, Logstash, or Kibana; Cloud Development and Deployment; ETL; and Jenkins, Jules, Git, or Bitbucket.
