We are looking for an experienced software developer to join Digital HR - Data Technologies team.

DHR Data Tech is responsible for building and maintaining web apps, databases, data & application integration layers, and SaaS applications for Global HR. We work mainly with the HR Workforce Management and Analytics teams but also support other HR teams with technical knowledge.

The role sits in the IT function and works daily with Product Managers, IT HR Business Analysts, and occasionally with external Developers. This role is for you if you are keen on architecting, building, and optimizing software.

Job responsibilities

•Architecting and designing solutions in cooperation with Technical Product Manager and stakeholders

•Front (React) and back end (.Net Core) development of solutions hosted on Azure Cloud

•Building and maintaining CI/CD

•Supporting Technical Product Manager in planning, describing, and estimating development work (Jira, Confluence)

Reporting to: Manager HR Data & Integrations

Educational Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related subjects is preferred.

Experience and Skill Requirements

Must haves:

•3+ (mid) or 5+ (senior) years of experience in the software development

•Strong knowledge in backend (C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework) and front-end (React) development

•Experience with architecture and solution design

•Able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong sense of ownership over projects

Good to have:

•Experience with the Azure Cloud

•Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Agile ways of working

Language Requirements

Fluent in English. Polish considered a plus.
