Job Summary In this role you will apply your developing expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis. You will continue to hone your skills through assignments of increasing complexity, contributing to analyses, projects, business relationships, and issue resolution. Major Responsibilities: - Ensure optimum performance, high availability, and stability of solutions - Works with cross-functional team, writes, debugs, and delivers code - Ensures on-time delivery of owned features from design and implementation through production troubleshooting - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience - 1+ years of software development experience - 1+ programming experience in a modern language such as Java, Python, C++, C# - 1+ years of experience with web technologies: Restful Services, JavaScript - Experience working with open source frameworks - Ability to perform data related benchmarking, performance analysis, and tuning - Prefer experience with front-end frameworks (e.g. AngularJS, ReactJs) and one of backend frameworks (e.g. Spring, NodeJs) - Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and databases - Experience with data structures and software design patterns - Excellent communication skills - Comfortable in more than one programming language, with a firm grasp of fundamental web/internet technologies - Strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency, and driveThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
