Responsibilities * Responsible for collaborating with key business partners, technology stakeholders and 3rd party vendors in order to understand the strategy, direction, and objectives for the business * Responsible for end-to-end application lifecycle management of vendor supplied software to enhance business strategy, efficiency and governance, and optimization efforts * Ability to identify business process gaps and drive improved business operating models * Track issues and action items * Establishing, build and curate an innovative, collaborative culture in an emerging technology discipline * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills that support business delivery and outcomes * Maintaining knowledge of industry-wide technology trends, best practices and regulatory controls impacting IoT * Responsible for detailed documentation on application in the IoT portfolio and maintenance of Application Knowledge Support Artifacts, etc. * Develop and maintain relationships with technical staff, end users and clients
