The AWS Security team owns security for all of these services offered by AWS, including EC2, S3, and many others. Our team works with the many AWS teams to solve security challenges at massive scale. We enable the trust by building services that meet the security goals of our customers, from compliance to analysis.Our services support AWS Service teams in meeting the security requirements for host logging, patching, and vulnerability detection. We deal with immense quantities of data from millions of sources to monitor and support hundreds of AWS teams keep their services secure. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· BS or MS in a STEM related field· Software development experience with at least one modern language such as C, C++, C#, Java, Go, TypeScript or Python· Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and databases
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Practical experience with software engineering best practices and developing software solutions in a cloud environment.Experience with Linux, security, and/or networking protocols.
