Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of Application work experience throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle
Experience designing and building data-driven applications applying clean code and architecture principles
Responssible for architecture level changes of existing and new Projects based on the discussion with business.
Experience with HotDocs Document Automation vendor software or similar template based program development tools
Familiarity with Tortoise-Git, JIRA, BitBucket as change management tools
Demonstrate strong technical understanding of system architectures and a proven track record in software engineering of large scale Microsoft .NET web-based applications leveraging some of the following technologies:
Web Technologies - .Net Core, .Net 4.5+, ASP.NET MVC, HTML 5, Modular JS frameworks (ReactJS/KendoJS/AngularJS)
Web Services: WebAPI, REST Services
Unit Testing: nUnit, MOQ
Design Principles: OOP, SOLID, CQRS Pattern, Dependency Injection
Database: Oracle/SQL Server
Demonstrate strong understanding of DevOps and software products lifecycle
Understanding of secure coding practices
Self-starter, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Willing and able to learn the business and fully understand how and why tasks satisfy business needs
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Exposure to cloud technologies - Docker, Cloud Foundry, AWS etc.
Handle end Users issues and provide training and guidance to them about the applications.
Perform Health check of the applications and has to take quick corrective action in case of emergency and Outage end comply
Passion and ability to learn new technology and software tools
Maintain and organize communication between business, team and end users of the applications
Ability function in small team environment without daily direction needed
Being a Team Player: Sharing information on tasks and challenges with the team daily. Taking advantage of learning and teaching opportunities.
