This role requires in-depth technology industry expertise in building and managing multiple technology searches, with experience driving passive strategy campaigns for technology roles. A strong candidate for this role will be a seasoned passive recruiter/sourcer, with the ability to think outside the box on sourcing campaigns. They are passionate about providing a high level of service with senior leaders and actively leverage cross-functional relationships. They are strong team players with deep enthusiasm for driving strategy and hiring domain expert leadership candidates who are proud to take part in successfully growing the organisations they support. This Specialist Talent Acquisition Lead will: * Create, drive and manage the candidate engagement & intelligence strategy for senior engineering and architecture searches, building a comprehensive strategy for identifying & engaging a wide array of diverse candidates for each search based on thorough, relevant and creative targeting * Act as member of the Global Technology, Digital, Data & Analytics Recruiting Leadership team responsible for shaping our talent acquisition strategy for the firm and ensuring business alignment to firmwide recruiting best practice, planning and execution. * Demonstrate fluency in leading edge talent acquisition practices for specialist engineering and architecture hiring, operating globally to identify and resolve recruiting challenges. * Design and orchestrate high value candidate networking and interview events, also partnering with GT Marketing and Employer Brand to tailor and amplify our value proposition as differentiated technology employer of choice for best in class domain expert engineering talent. * Lead with data driven insights of hiring trends, sourcing channels, industries and markets, organizational structures, and companies. * Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline and deliver best in class experiences for prospective candidates and hiring managers. * Be ready to work with our broader leadership team to;
* Partner across LOB leads and global delivery teams to drive insight on recruiting initiatives and prioritization of business needs, preparing and presenting relevant market data at all points of client interaction (briefing sessions, progress meetings, calibration sessions, etc.), delivering regular stakeholder reporting and key qualitative insights to aligned client group(s) and sharing relevant insights on Recruiting KPIs and metrics. * Participate in and oversee technical and behavioural assessments of candidates to refine shortlists * Drive thought leadership around the future of JPMorganChase's market intelligence approach, c ollaborating with workforce analytics and talent intelligence teams to design and implement heat maps and data driven business cases founded on candidate skills, market competition, diversity, cost/benefit analysis and peer equity * Serve as a subject matter expert in the talent engagement process, showing knowledge of sources, industries and markets, organizational structures and companies. Utilize all available and emerging channels for sourcing * Actively drive diversity networking for external candidates
* Lead and mentor early-career recruiters on critical LOB insights, process expertise, competitive intelligence and stakeholder management * Establishes critical partnerships with Technology Talent Strategy, HR Business Advisors, Compensation, and Finance & Business Management partners to continuously optimize recruitment value and sphere of influence.
Experience & Business Knowledge: * Experience as a recruiting domain expert for engineering and architecture specialists at a technology company is a must. Ideal candidate would have experience in a combination of fintech, high tech and / or global scale technology organizations in large enterprise, with relevant search experience with research / analytical focus, including daily exposure to executives in a corporate, management consulting or executive search environment. * Depth of experience in recruiting and networking for leadership roles, with proven ability to attract and cultivate industry-recognized technical expertise as prospective candidates. * Experience designing talent acquisition strategies and delivery capabilities from concept design to execution, seeding and growing teams and building scalable solutions and experiences. * Building a process that is data driven in coordination with client groups. * Adept in navigating ambiguity also ready to thrive and operate with agility in dynamics of continuous evolution of technology practices, capabilities and trends. Also demonstrates ability to acquire knowledge from key technologists on innovative technologies / products / companies to assist in pursuing relevant talent and allowing for more influential candidate conversations. * Ability to get up to speed quickly on new markets and to run a thorough, best-in-class search process, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation. * Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, analytical critical thinking, and excellent advisory skills, with a high level of proficiency in working with and presenting data. * Research/sourcing experience in an executive search firm or corporate environment, executing a variety of searches with an emphasis on an individualized candidate experience. * Expert at independently owning and driving search strategy. Able to thoughtfully set out the target company universe and prioritize effectively based on key market insights. * Client-first collaborative and consultative approach, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and technology domain expertise to build productive partnerships with leaders and exceed their expectations of excellence. * Leading change across organizations - analytical and enquiring, ready to challenge and improve products and processes across client and colleague teams, creating an environment that promotes and delivering innovative solutions based on customer experiences and insights.
