The role will be responsible for the delivery of high quality technical solutions and will require to: * ...follow and enhance the scrum practices for continuous team processes improvement * ...perform technical analysis on business demand work items and prepare jiras to a ready state * ...mentor junior developers on their growth as professionals (technical and soft skills) * ...guiding and inspiring the team through technical issues and challenges * ...collaborate with the Business Analysis team for producing estimates and agile delivery plans.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines * Understanding of architecture and design across all systems * Proficiency in the following programming languages: Java, SQL and PL-SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, shell scripting * Fluent on the following areas: OOD, Design Patterns Test Driven Development, SOLID principles, Git, IntelliJ/Eclipse, event messaging (MQ, Kafka) * Fluent on the following frameworks: Spring Core, Spring Boot, Angular * Experience working with private and/or public Cloud * Working proficiency in development toolsets and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) * Understanding of business needs, including how data is used and managed, and functional design * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals * Ability to mentor junior team members * * Experience of working with ServiceNow is a bonus , in particular understanding of the ServiceNow data model
