In This Role You Will: * Develop automation framework using Java and Javascript technologies * Understand the platform architecture and develop test cases and automate them * Collaborate with development teams set guidelines and requirements on testing practices in the development process * Develop QA practices and strategies for our product development teams spread across the world * Work with teammates to evaluate and recommend testing tools, build testing infrastructure * Write and execute complex test plans and test cases * Develop and maintain automated tests for both frontend and backend * Collaborate with remote teams during SIT/UAT phases * Serve as point of contact during the release sign-off * Identify, diagnose, report, and assist developers in resolving defects *
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience * Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines * Understanding of architecture and design across all systems * Working proficiency in developmental toolsets * Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices * Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals * Passionate about building an innovative culture * Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages specifcally the Java stack. * Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement * Experience in testing business applications and software products * Hands-on experience using Spring or Spring boot frameworks * Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery * Extensive experience with test automation tools such as Webdriver-IO/Protractor * Solid experience with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber/Jasmine/Canary * Experience with API testing using Rest Assured or Frisby JS * Good knowledge of AI/ML platform and framework models * Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery * Experience with Jenkins/Bamboo/Team City to integrate automated tests * Hands-on experience on relational/non-relational database technologies * Understanding the full life cycle of development from requirements gathering to delivery * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and associated tools * Desire to work in close collaboration with Product Managers and developers to create and prioritize Test Plans
