The Cybersecurity organization's objective is to ensure that JPMC is able to effectively detect, prevent and respond to cyber threats against our technology infrastructure. The scope of Cybersecurity includes detection and monitoring of threats and vulnerabilities, managing security incidents, and evolving our preventive infrastructure to keep ahead of the threat. We accomplish this through strong information security leadership and active collaboration with line of business (LoB) information risk managers. The goal is to provide high quality security solutions and services that are focused on improving the Firm's risk posture.


The Customer Solutions Engineering team supports internal LoB customers by accelerating product adoption and cloud enablement through user experience (UX) and automation. The teams' deliverables enable customer success by developing intuitive frontend user interfaces (UI) and engineering modern backend automation.

Team members are senior-level technical practitioners who act as advocates for your customer. You will be leveraging your engineering experience and product development skills to support outcomes to multiple lines of businesses.

* Advanced understanding of LoB technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance and monitoring, best practices and JPMC policies * Perform deployment, administration, management, configuration, testing and integration tasks related to the cloud platforms * Knowledge of frontend UX best practices and UI development * Support the Firm's goals in secure cloud adoption through hands on interaction with development teams to cultivate a cloud first mindset in transitioning workloads * Champion security practices and principles within cloud platforms and engineering teams * Help develop new cloud security strategies and implementations for the firm * Champion a DevOps model to ensure security is automated and elastic across all platforms * Participate in the development of product technology roadmaps & engineering documentation * Support proof of concept research and development in line with emerging industry trends * Participate in product design, development, and transition to operations * Provides technical consultation to product management and relay customer feedback to engineering teams * Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members

Required Skills/Experience * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience * 5+ years of relevant and modern software development, software design and architecture and/or security engineering * Hands on cloud engineering experience specific to: Design, Development, Deployment, Administration, Configuration, Testing and Integration * Proven experience working with core concepts and technologies for Public, Private and/or Hybrid Clouds * Programming Skills (React, Java, JavaScript) * Knowledge of developing and managing APIs or Microservices * Knowledge of leveraging automation tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Python, Shell scripts * Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or Oracle

Desirable Experience/Skills * Understanding of large-scale networking core, access and edge infrastructure deployments * Experience with NoSQL and Big Data ecosystem technologies such as Cassandra, Kafka, and Spark and/or their public cloud counterparts (DynamoDB, EMR, etc.) * Knowledge of core IT security fundamentals * Knowledge of the latest cloud security trends and tools in the market

* Certifications:

* CISSP, CISM, SANS-GIAC, CEH and/or Security+ * AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, SysOps or Security * Microsoft - Cloud Platform & Infrastructure: MTA, MCSA or MCSE
