We want developers that: * Are passionate technologists who care about the code they engineer, the quality and elegance of the solutions they build. * Are focused on continuous improvement and fast iterative delivery * Are involved in the development and enhancement of the existing IaaC and containerization, expanding the CI/CD observability and tools used as part of the release cycle * They'll be part of a team focusing on expanding new features to the internal applications used as part of the suite of services leveraged by the app dev and QA teams * They will help develop and lead new technology choices and engineering, collaborating with product management, user experience for functional and non-functional requirements and deploying cloud native applications to test, UAT and environments
The ideal candidate will: * Have strong communication skills and be able to mentor and educate others on DevOps / SRE principles and practices. * Have the troubleshooting skills to identify and mitigate difficult and complex technical problems and the coding skills to resolve those problems permanently through engineering and automation * Be able to work as part of a global team to achieve project and organizational goals * Be able to create high quality software using Agile/Scrum development practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Groovy, etc) * Exhibit an infrastructure / config / everything as code mindset * Participated in Test Driven Development or Business Driven Development environment * Have experience with Incident and Problem management processes, being accountable for resolution, root cause analysis and technology and business reporting and communication
