Duties: Work with internal clients and product owners to analyze and implement requirements. Work on the architecture, design, development, and testing of applications. Design, analyze, test, and deploy applications to satisfy business requirements. Translate user stories into technical specifications and non-functional requirements in order to support application builds in a production environment. Assist Site Reliability Engineering activities for all application builds delivered into a production environment. Follow DevOps practices for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery for all application builds in all environments. Serve as a member of the core engineering team to develop technology solutions in an Agile/XP fashion including iteration planning, complexity analysis, standups, retrospectives and weekly demos. Adhere to firm-wide architecture standards, risk management, and security policies. Assist with migrating applications to new cloud-based environment. Communicate timely build status on development items to stakeholders at all levels of management, as well as work to resolve issues impacting development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field.

Minimum experience required: 7 years of experience in application development, or related experience.

Skills required: Experience with web application development. Experience developing web services using REST or SOAP. Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, Node JS, NPM, and Bootstrap. Experience with one of the following technologies: AngularJS, Angular or React. Experience with C#, Java and ASP.Net/.Net framework. Experience with designing application databases and producing logical and physical data models. Experience with relational databases including Oracle. Experience with application architecture, design patterns, and developing n-tier applications. Experience building continuous delivery pipelines. Experience with requirements analysis and high and low level design. Experience with Project Management. Experience with release management and production support.
