We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Java/Kotlin) - Logistics Vendor (f/m/d) to join our Restaurant Partner Solutions team to develop products that serve our restaurants globally. Improve and maintain existing applications and services.
Own the entire development lifecycle from specification to deployment.
Be an active partner for Product management in order to provide the best value for stakeholders and our customers.
Innovate technology, process, and product within the whole organization.
Ensure code quality by coaching junior colleagues.
Our Tech Stack: Java 10+, Kotlin, Spring 5, Spring Boot 2, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, AWS, K8s
Your heroic skills:
5+ years experience as a Java developer.
Proficiency with Java 10+ and the Spring ecosystem.
You are a polyglot developer and you got your hands dirty with, i.e. Kotlin, Scala, Go, or Typescript.
Solid knowledge of relational and preferable NoSQL databases.
You speak HTTP and REST-like your mother tongue.
You have experience in scalable microservice architecture.
Love for building reactive, message-driven, and resilience-driven system architectures.
Experience with cloud computing services, preferable AWS.
Passion for clean and beautiful code, with an eye for simplicity and pragmatism.
Nice to have:
Strong belief in lean and agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
You believe in cross-functional teams and know that responsibility does not end with deployment. You build it, you run it!
Experience with our tech stack or similar setups.
