As someone who is passionate about development, you'll be open to picking up new languages and frameworks in the frontend world when the situation arises. We are continually aiming for the highest quality, and work in small, focussed teams following bits of Scrum, Kanban, with a healthy dose of Extreme Programming. You will work with people who care about well written, test-driven, clean code, the user experience and all the appealing stuff that's involved with automatically tested, zero-touch deployed applications. The team works very closely and like to pair program on pretty much everything.

Our developers decide on the right tool for the job, so you should be comfortable in doing the same. We're looking for phenomenal developers, with an opinion, and the capability to back it up.
