This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience * Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines * Understanding of architecture and design across all systems * Working proficiency in developmental toolsets * Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices * Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals * Passionate about building an innovative culture * Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages: C#.Net. * Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement * Development background in MS .NET development skills and frameworks (C#.Net, ASP.Net, MVC, .Net Framework) * Exposure to the latest development trends and frameworks such as Cloud development (FAAS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, .Net Core) is an advantage. * Experience in Agile development methodologies. * Stakeholder and Project Management (essential). * Understanding on Secure Application Development, IT Risk, Control, Cyber and Application Ownership skills essential. * Strong problem solving, analytical, communication skills, strategic thought process, driven, self-motivated including leadership skills.
