Training Content Associate Responsibilities:

Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer

Work closely with Field Support, front office partners and key stakeholders to identify training content needs

Serve as a day to day training resource to the front office around JPMA procedures, systems, and best practices

Create content and design curriculum to engage learners and promote understanding including:

o Exercise and activities that enhance the learning process

o Create training material/media (audio, video, simulations etc)

o Create criteria to judge learner's performance

o Collaborate with key stakeholders on training content

o Analysis of source documents, data sets, or other sources to develop training content

Plan and execute classroom and virtual instructor-led programs as well as eLearning programs

Work closely with legal, risk, and compliance to ensure alignment with policy and procedures

May be asked to deliver training sessions nationally(virtual and onsite)

May be asked to facilitate training as needed for new Advisors and Advisor Support

Engage the front office on new tech platform and adoption

Work closely with the field support team to manage and troubleshoot issues

Support recruiting efforts through technology demos

Maintain collateral (Online repository of guides, one-pagers, FAQs, videos, etc.)

May be asked to perform periodic training for Branch Management teams to maintain business knowledge

Partner with Tech & Product on communication

Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines in order to meet training needs

Perform other duties and/or special projects if needed

Promote a positive, inclusive and diverse work environment


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must

Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in dynamic work environment

Instructional design experience in a training organization preferred

Demonstrate use of analytical skills in a training organization

Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization

Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter

A self-starter who possesses ability to successfully operate with limited guidance

Proven ability to work independently and completely handle multiple responsibilities with high degree of accuracy, in a fast paced high pressure environment

Ability to travel domestically, if needed

Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to get up to speed quickly with new or unfamiliar subject matter

Ability to take the lead in unstructured situations and ensure an optimal experience

Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

Proficient in Camtasia, Captivate and/or Storyline

Knowledge of Vyond software a plus
