The Detective Monitoring and Access Remediation Team is responsible for ensuring that right users have right access to right systems which are appropriate to their role and approved for their use through pro-active monitoring and reporting of exceptions to management.

Job Description

This position involves in working with CyberArk Tool, responsible for onboard/off board/password management of Break Glass and App2App accounts in Emergency Password Vault Cyber Ark. Successful candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who enjoys working against aggressive delivery goals in a fast-paced, dynamic and technically complex environment. The successful candidate will also enjoy building and maintaining cross-organization relationships with a thirst for process simplification and end-user satisfaction, serving as a team evangelist and resource to our technical and business partners relating to Emergency Password Vault i.e. Cyber Ark and elevated access

Job Requirements:-

Knowledge on Identity and Access Management processes.

Experienced in working with CyberArk Vaults (Break Glass & AIM)Experienced in processing privileged access requests (Add/Modify/Delete) using CyberArk tool

Experienced in troubleshooting CyberArk vaulting and password rotation issues

Knowledge on different UNIX platforms in a large heterogeneous environmentKnowledge on Windows Server Operating System access managementKnowledge on Oracle, MS-SQL & Sybase database access management

Experienced in Enterprise Change Management processes

Experienced in Incident management process using ticketing tool

Worked in 24/7 Customer Support and Service Delivery Model, should be flexible for rotational shifts including night shifts.
