Despite the current circumstances we are still recruiting for roles. About Technology at Which?
About the role
- You'll work as part of a squad alongside UX Designers, Developers and QA to prototype new ideas and build great products that provide a great online experience for everyone who visits sites like Which.co.uk, Which? Trusted Traders and Which? Consumer Rights.
- You'll collaborate with Senior Developers and Tech Leads to analyse requirements and define technical approach and solutions
- You'll Identify problematic code and technical debt, offer solutions where possible and provide advice and guidance to other developers
Whilst you will be aligned to a squad, you'll also be an integral member of our dedicated and friendly Engineering team. The Engineering team is currently 27 strong and growing as we scale up our in-house expertise to meet the challenge. We are a friendly and supportive team, and sharing knowledge and collaboration are core team values; we will expect you to contribute your own ideas, expertise and process improvements at all stages of the software development lifecycle. Testing and peer review are baked into how we work, and we actively support mentoring and pair programming.
