Join us and youll do the best work of your life and make a difference in other peoples lives.The IS&T Customer Systems team delivers key applications used in Apples Global sites, including the Contact Engineering platform and its integrations with other Contact technology tools. This role is part of the exciting newly expanded Engagement Engineering team.The successful applicant will have a strong technical background in IVR Analytics and IVR Frameworks, be committed to customer experience, be a strong leader and advocate for the global team, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.No day at Apple is the same, but key responsibilities for the role include:- Act as technical lead driving IVR analytics tools & user interfaces- Gathering data required for IVR and Calls analysis- Defining strategy for regular assessment of IVR Self service utilization, Menu / node hits and call drivers data- Deliver artifacts, technical alternatives and architectural designs that meet business requirements- Drive cloud transformation strategy for IVR tools- Mentor and lead members of the IVR tools team- Drive the non-production environment & its strategy- Unique opportunity to develop and implement technology vision; create direction partnering with business- Exceptional opportunity to lead and work with global engineers- Lead engineer for services and framework that embeds voice within apps.
