Preferred Qualifications - Internal This is a software development role involving a CRM within the GBU support organization. We are using Oracle Service Cloud to support the customer base of some of our Global Business Units and are looking for a software developer with skillsets mentioned below to expand the system further and implement automation. Ideally we would like the candidate to be working from Guadalajara but can explore other locations in Mexico as well.

Responsibilities:

Build PHP and OJET based front end application as a customer facing platform for Oracle Service Cloud Create web services based integrations between the Oracle Service Cloud and other internal systems Enhance the deployed solutions on a need basis Perform unit testing and integration testing for the solutions built & document them

Skills & Experience:

Basic knowledge of CRM system administration (essential) System integration using Web Services/API (essential) Sound Web Development Skills (CSS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript Extensions) (essential) Nice to have a good working knowledge of VB.net Experience of performing software QA Knowledge/Experience of Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow CX) (not essential) Knowledge of Agile methodology

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience. Innovation starts with inclusion at Oracle.
