What your role will be

As a Full-Stack (Senior) Web Developer (m/f/d) at Wunder Mobility you will take on a key role within our marketing team and will be fully responsible for our wundermobility.com website. As a Software-as-a-Service business, our website is our storefront! You will own its build and deployment to ensure a functional, scalable, and fast site that supports our business and growth goals!

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with both the Creative and Demand Generation teams to maintain and update wundermobility.com and its CMS, building new pages when necessary
• Make executive decisions in close collaboration with our VP Marketing on the build and deployment of the website (currently a JAMstack) ensuring that requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are considered when architecting solutions
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile
• Write reusable and clean code and maintain libraries (with matching documentation)
• Analyze and report website usage, with bespoke interaction and attribution tracking and personalization
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies

What you bring to the table

• 5+ years experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer building, maintaining, and optimizing websites
• Fluent in HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, PHP, CSS, and SEO and experience with any of the following: Jekyll or other static site generators; Forestry.io or other headless CMS; Zapier; website accessibility & best practices
• Solid understanding of web technologies, responsive design, and alignment with the latest trends and best practices
• Excellent knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
• Ability to solve problems quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and flexible environment, while maintaining clean and well-documented code
• Eye for graphic design and visual communication
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
