About the roleset priorities for the team get results across boundaries ensure an inclusive work environment develop employees and manage performance. Plans provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules standards and cost Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values norms and behaviors Identifies and analyzes problems plans tasks and solutions. Provides guidance on employee development performance and productivity issues. Plans and schedules daily tasks uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.

Qualifications

Important for us- 3 years experience in management role- A proven experience in leading the engineers- Facilitation skills toward the best solution to make the right design decisions and technology choices- Strong personal ownership- Bachelors, Msc Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science or equivalent technical knowledge- Selfdirected and comfortable to work independently with limited supervision- Able to influence both technical experts and junior engineers- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills- Software management experience delivering complex engineering projects and working across multiple engineering product lines or generations reusing IP- Strong direct and indirect coach and mentor that grows team capabilities- Demonstrated ability to listen understand and respond professionally to partner questions and issues while building trust
