Duties: Drive team of technologists toward creating solutions that improve the way JPMC runs and create strategies to solve complex, mission critical problems. Design and maintain Data Model, Data Feeds and Batch Jobs. Speak with businesses and stakeholders on a daily basis to get requirements, use cases for Sales Users, and translate cases into actionable work items for each tech team. Build and scale the Data Model for AM CRM which can be leveraged in future to onboard additional features. Lead the migration of all legacy data models, sales processes, codes and features of the older AM Sales Platform, OneCRM, to the newer AM Sales Platform, SEP. Collaborate with multiple teams within JPMC to leverage expertise, produces and services to meet client, customer, and stakeholder needs.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the position offered or seven (7) years of experience as a Technology Manager/Lead, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills: Application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines; Architecture, design, and business processes; Data integration disciplines of messaging (ESB) for real-time data propagation, service-oriented architecture (SOA) for information sharing, and extract, transfer, and load (ETL) for data staging, massaging, and movement; Salesforce object data model as well as integration of Salesforce with other applications using multiple integration patterns such as SOAP and REST web services, APIs, batch processes, connectors, or middleware; Architecting data pipelines and performance tuning them for a highly used CRM platform including Salesforce; Working across verticals such as Salesforce application, ETL, Services, Mobile, or Database; Solution architecture; building scalable data and object models; Informatica; Mulesoft; Salesforce data loader; SOQL; SOSL; Owning and driving complex cross team integration projects to completion; Interpreting client functional and informational needs and turning them into data requirements and process models; Data architecture with Salesforce using tools including Apex code, VisualForce, JavaScript, Shield Encryption, and Lightning Components; and design, build, and deploy custom integration solutions that meet business requirements.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
