Duties: Drive team of technologists toward creating solutions that improve the way JPMC runs and create strategies to solve complex, mission critical problems. Design and maintain Data Model, Data Feeds and Batch Jobs. Speak with businesses and stakeholders on a daily basis to get requirements, use cases for Sales Users, and translate cases into actionable work items for each tech team. Build and scale the Data Model for AM CRM which can be leveraged in future to onboard additional features. Lead the migration of all legacy data models, sales processes, codes and features of the older AM Sales Platform, OneCRM, to the newer AM Sales Platform, SEP. Collaborate with multiple teams within JPMC to leverage expertise, produces and services to meet client, customer, and stakeholder needs.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the position offered or seven (7) years of experience as a Technology Manager/Lead, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience.
