The Public Cloud product team is seeking an inspiring leader to create and provide product marketing and support that would both delight customers, and propel our modernization practices and cloud adoption, strengthening JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a technology leader in financial services. Our ideal candidate will be ready to immerse the world of our customers and engineers, and be genuinely excited to bring to life and drive adoption of new technologies that we're delivering across our Firm. We are searching for someone who can combine creativity with technical talent to help drive our cloud learning, adoption metrics, product lifecycle and executive reporting outcomes.
As a Product Adoption Associate, you are part of a team responsible for building high quality, informative content and campaigns for a range of products and audiences, both internal and external. You know how to deliver quality work on a deadline, and are committed to continuously improving your work. You possess a basic understanding of the strengths and limitations of various products and can leverage that knowledge to think creatively about how to create and deliver the most powerful content and campaigns You are eager to expand your knowledge of the firm and our products, technology solutions, and strategic priorities, and are a team player, willing and able to jump in on projects as needed to support teammates. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across a range of areas to develop best in class marketing campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities: * Deepen your understanding of how your work supports and dovetails with the experience, design and product groups, and supports the firm's strategic priorities.
* Leverage your understanding of the strengths and limitations of various products to champion marketing best practices. * Effectively partner with colleagues in other departments to develop high quality marketing content and campaigns. * Think creatively about how best to produce and deliver content. * Adhere to the firm's risk management policies and protocols and encourage teammates to do the same. * Effectively manage campaign databases to protect the firm and its assets. * Deeply understand our users' needs, and be an advocate for their success. * Write HTML, JS and CSS to create and update websites and custom elements, add accessibility features such as alt text to images, and maintain a regular flow of content.
Primary Skills: * Deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of product adoption tools and strategies, and ability to incorporate that knowledge into your work. * Ability to build trusting and productive relationships with colleagues across a range of functions. * Excellent time and project management skills. * Comfort providing and receiving continuous feedback to encourage strong and productive working relationships. * Willingness to jump in on projects where needed, and under tight time constraints. * Deep understanding of the firm, including our customers and technology offerings, strategies and priorities, and how they relate to product adoption. * Excellent organization and database management skills. * Understand and adhere to the firm's risk management practices and protocols, and encourage colleagues to do the same. * Advocate for best production adoption strategies and support your position with research and analysis indicating how your preferred method is able to produce better outcomes. * Frontend expertise and interest with HTML, JS, CSS and/or React/Angular. * Passion for technical writing, being an educator and collaborator, with an interest in creative roles. * Driven by curiosity to solve problems and learn something new.
